Help stabilize Tassili products by testing key user journeys and turning user issues into clear, actionable reports.

Test the platforms before and after launch, report bugs clearly and support early users.

This role supports Tassili Corporate, WinNrouhou, WinNaklou, Edlalaonline by turning Tassili’s first ecosystem plan into practical, reliable work for the corporate website, client portal, admin dashboard, shared API, database, and early platform MVPs.

Role and responsibilities

• Test website pages, forms, login/logout, client portal, admin dashboard, listings, search and filters.
• Test mobile responsiveness and core user journeys.
• Report bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, severity and expected results.
• Track issues, prepare QA reports and help users with basic support.
• Prepare user guides and FAQs.

What is expected from candidates

• Detail-oriented, patient and clear in Arabic/French communication.
• Curious enough to test edge cases and explain problems without vague language.

• Test checklist for Tassili website.
• Test checklist for client portal.
• Test checklist for admin dashboard.
• Test checklist for WinNrouhou MVP.
• Bug report template.
• First QA report.
• Basic user FAQ.

Required skills

• Basic web testing.
• Clear writing.
• Screenshot/video bug reporting.
• Understanding of user flows.
• Arabic/French communication.

• Patience with users.

• High-value bugs caught before launch.

Interview task

Test a demo website or app and report 10 issues with screenshots, severity level and reproduction steps.
