The role depends on a future product decision, operating model, partnership, city launch, or project phase.

Recruitment process
- Step 1 – Review the position
Read the role scope, recruitment status, expected responsibilities, project context, and application requirements.
- Step 2 – Apply or register interest
Submit the information requested for the role. Positions marked Planned or Closed will not display an application form.
- Step 3 – Initial review
Tassili reviews applications against the role’s practical requirements and project needs.
- Step 4 – Interview selection
Candidates selected for the next stage will be contacted to arrange an interview.
- Step 5 – Interview and role discussion
The interview may cover experience, problem-solving, project understanding, availability, working arrangements, and role expectations.
- Step 6 – Remuneration discussion
Remuneration will be discussed with candidates who are selected for an interview.
- Step 7 – Decision
Candidates who progress will receive further information about the next stage, required documentation, and proposed working arrangements.

No. Each position displays its status. Some are active, some accept expressions of interest, and others form part of Tassili’s future workforce plan.

Location and working arrangements are shown when confirmed. A listing marked To be confirmed does not yet have an approved location or work model.
Can I apply to more than one position?
Candidates should submit a separate application or expression of interest for each position that closely matches their experience.
Does submitting an expression of interest guarantee an interview?
No. Expressions of interest help Tassili understand the available candidate pool. Candidates selected for a next stage will be contacted.
Can I apply without a CV?
Where CV upload is optional, candidates may provide a LinkedIn profile, portfolio, or detailed message. Individual listings may specify additional requirements.
