1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using tassilibts.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms cover the public corporate website only. Separate written terms may apply to a quotation, client project, employment process, partnership or future Tassili platform.

2. About the website

The website provides information about Tassili, its professional digital services and a planned ecosystem of Algerian digital platforms. Content is provided for general information and initial business discussion. We may change, postpone or discontinue concepts, features and content as research, validation, partnerships and operational requirements develop.

3. Quotations and client work

Service descriptions, packages, examples, estimated capabilities and website content are not a binding offer. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, price, taxes, payment terms, timing, intellectual-property arrangements, hosting, support and acceptance criteria are confirmed in a written quotation, statement of work or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that work.

No ownership right is transferred to you. Limited use expressly allowed by section 4 does not grant a licence to use a logo, brand or product identity.

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are entitled to provide it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.
